Apostoli Mattias Apostoli Mattias (hepr. Mattityahu) oli yksi seitsemästäkymmenestä apostolista, kunnes hänet valittiin apostoli Juudas Iskariotin tilalle yhdeksi kahdestatoista apostolista, kun tämä teki itsemurhan. Apostoli Mattias valittiin arvalla. Toisena ehdokkaana oli Joosef Barsabbas.
