Pyhittäjä Tarasi Glušitsalainen oli pyhän Stefan Permiläisen rakennuttaman luostarin igumeni. Hän levitti ja vahvisti ortodoksista uskoa syrjäänien keskuudessa. Vuonna 1427 piispa Gerasim Permiläisen alaisena pyhä Tarasi vapaaehtoisesti luopui luostarin johtajuudesta ja meni Glušitsan luostariin pyhän Dionysin (1.7.) ohjaukseen. Hänet haudattiin Glušitsan luostariin vuonna 1440.
