Ἦταν θυγατέρα τοῦ Γεωργίου Καστριώτη - Σκεντέρ Μπέη, Ἡγεμόνα τῆς Ἀλβανίας καί συζεύχθηκε τόν Δεσπότη τῆς Σερβίας ἅγ. Στέφανο, γιό τοῦ Δεσπότη Γεωργίου Μπράνκοβιτς, μέ τόν ὁποῖο ἀπέκτησε δύο γιούς, τόν Μητροπολίτη Βλαχίας ἅγ. Μάξιμο (+ 1546) καί τόν Δεσπότη τῆς Σερβίας ἅγ. Ἰωάννη (+ 1493).
