Роден е во Мореја. Како јеромонах дојде на Света Гора заедно со својот чичко. Се подвизуваше како пустиник во пустото место наречено Свети Камења. Кога се упокои од него потече миро во такво изобилство, што од врвот на гората се слеваше во морето. Тоа чудотворно миро ги привлекуваше болните луѓе од секаде заради исцеление. Ученикот на Св. Нил му се пожали во молитва на својот духовен отец од мноштвото посетители. И мироточењето одеднаш престана. Свети Нил се подвизувал како ревносните светители во потполна смисла. Се упокои во 17 век.
