Вака се нарекува една чудотворна икона на Пресвета Богородица. Се празнува по повод чудесното исцеление на Ефимија, сестра на патријархот Јоаким, коешто се случи во 1668 година во Москва. Ефимија имаше тешка рана на колкот, па бидејќи лекарите не можеа да ја излечат, таа падна да Ѝ се моли со плач на Пресвета Богородица. И слушна глас: „Ефимија, оди во храмот на Преображението на мојот Син; таму е иконата „Радост на сите тажни“. Свештеникот нека се помоли пред таа икона и ќе оздравиш.“ Ефимија направи така и веднаш стана наполно здрава.
